At Good Chemistry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
